What we collect

To create and personalise your Vedic astrology experience, we may process information you provide such as your name, date of birth, exact birth time, birthplace and questions you ask.

How we use it

We use this information to calculate or retrieve your birth-chart data, provide astrology responses, maintain your conversation on the device, prevent payment errors and provide customer support.

Birth details

Your birth details are personal information. The current web experience stores your chart, form details and conversation history in your browser's local storage so your session can be restored on the same device. Do not enter information you do not want processed.

Payments

Payments are processed through Cashfree. AskMyAstros does not ask you to send card numbers, CVV codes or banking passwords to us by email or chat. Payment information is handled by the payment provider.

Analytics and advertising

If enabled for the production site, Google Analytics and Meta Pixel may collect information about visits and interactions to help us measure advertising and improve the service. These tools will be configured through our production measurement settings.

Sharing

We use service providers where necessary to operate the website, payments, analytics and astrology features. We do not sell your birth details as a standalone data product.
