1. The service

AskMyAstros provides AI-assisted Vedic astrology guidance based on information supplied by the user. The service is designed for personal reflection and entertainment.

2. No professional advice

Astrology responses are not medical, mental-health, legal, tax, investment, financial or other professional advice. Do not make important decisions solely on the basis of an AskMyAstros response. Seek a qualified professional where appropriate.

3. Digital question credits

Paid packages provide a stated number of digital question credits. Credits are for use within AskMyAstros and have no cash value. Unless the checkout expressly says otherwise, packages are one-time purchases and do not automatically renew.

4. Free question

AskMyAstros may provide one free question per user experience. We may limit or withdraw promotional access where abuse, automation or fraud is suspected.

5. Digital personas

Guide names, avatars and profiles shown on the site are fictional digital personas used to describe conversational styles. They are not presented as individual human astrologers or as evidence of real-world credentials.

6. User responsibilities

You agree to provide accurate birth information when you want a personalised chart and not to misuse the service, attempt to circumvent credit limits, interfere with payment systems or use the service for unlawful activity.

7. Availability and accuracy

We work to provide reliable chart calculations and responses, but AI systems and external services can make mistakes or become unavailable. No particular outcome or prediction is guaranteed.

8. Payments and refunds

Payments are processed through Cashfree. Credit purchases are non-refundable, including unused credits, except where a refund or other remedy is required by applicable law or where AskMyAstros agrees to resolve a confirmed technical or duplicate-charge issue. See our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
